Operational Requirements

This product will be made in the back of our store. Specific needs of the business are 2 large sinks, oven or stove, cash register, 2 computers including the proper software and easy accessibility to the raw materials. Three ways of raising money to finance this venture are Contests, Web Advertising and Samples. If our company were to run short of money, we would eliminate some of our expenses by downsizing, and price increases and if it came down to it we would file for bankruptcy. Only one additional employee would be needed for our businesswhichwould be a receptionist to handle the calls. If our company grew larger than more employees would be hired to meet the needs of the customers. The raw materials that would be need to make our product would be trartizine , shampoo and containers. As our company begins to grow we would expand in to Toronto due to its population of teens. We would also move to Vancouver and eventuall New York. For the same reasons as Toronto. In order for us to leagaly sell our product certain permits will be required. These permits are business licence and business plan. Our hours of operation will be 9 to 5 Monday to Saturday and 11 to 5 on Sundays. We will work out of our small store located down town by the north shore area. Digital Dye is a partnership between Kyle and Matt.
